AMD and Intel use "even" multipliers (like 7.0, 7.5, 8.0 etc.), so Intel could have either brought a 1.1 GHz P3 with 100 MHz FSB (11x100) or a 1.13 GHz P3 with 133 MHz FSB (8.5x133). I think they chose the later to hold the "speed crown", although 33 MHz doesn't make any difference. BTW, here in Germany you can buy a 1.05 GHz Athlon (10.5 multiplier) for quite some time...
