Oh, I dunno. BMCS from it's lows of $16'ish to yesterday's high of $19 3/4 (some 20%) could be construed as a minor bounce. But you're right that we are not seeing the traditional bounce that retraces 1/4 - 1/2 of the drop.

CA has seen nothing but further weakness. Today's close of $23 7/8 is another 52 week low for CA. Not a pretty picture.
