Milo, That seems to be an error. 30% of the plant area is occupied.....70% room to expand. What they have in there is fully operational, as far as I know.

Well MAYBE this is the direction that they should be giving the street. From someone not that closely tied to the sector, they would not have made this deduction. It most certainly would have helped share price over the last couple of weeks.
