Here is the gist of an intraday research call from ML. They have no change in EPS due to the Motorola announcement. They estimate KEM's sales increase 10% in July and August will be a record month. KEM estimates that sales from handsets accounts for 20 -25 % of capacitor shipments and represents only 7%-8% of their total revenues and around only 5% of profits. Base station infrastructure equipment is much more important to KEM's profitability.

So it sounds like another over-reaction based on junk news. A great buying oppotunity IMHO.
