TED, Reading their SEC filings, I'd say they're still
struggling through tough times. They seemed to have stripped
back to an essential work force last time around so
unless they fell into some slick contracts, things are
probably tough. They seem to be able to acquire new money
through issuing stock or warrants which tells me someone
see some future bucks here. I hate to see dilution, but
what the hell can one do. Small caps seem to make their
run when new investors have new money. End of year. Also
a very competitive environment now. Listen to me, telling
Noah about the flood. :-)
