Bad News is good news. As it seems to be lately. I agree that all the bad news is out so the buyers can rush into KEM and pick it up off the low.

Economically bad news is good news. Slowing economy means less pressure for the Fed to raise rates.

Now that goes to a point, but in the cap business there is a greater reason to expand plant capacity by 85K square feet. David Maguire is as conservative as they come. If he is expanding, I don't think 450MM handsets or 500MM handsets matters too much.
