Time for a michelda-like call: I'm officially calling the bottom as of today...please mark this in your calendars and please don't come back to scream at me if I'm mistaken!

Running 4 miles = you are young and fit. Good start. If not feeling totally great yet, then treat yourself to one expensive present (no cheating, not a set of anything, just one item) - preferably something you have been thinking about for three years or more. In HK, some of us treat ourselves to fancy watches. I (when feeling very good or very bad) mitigate my watch purchasing urge by buying precious metal coins (no antiques) - at least I can turn the treat back into cash if necessary. The weighty bag has a calming influence. Sometimes I simply go for a reflexology session.
