Is it any different than the Euros closing their doors to CDMA? I fail to see a substantive distinction.

it's always nice of the carriers to step in and artificially raise demand again.

Hmmm....I guess Nokia must be selling all of their phones in Finland or the carriers in India (or even the US) are charging the full price for Nokia's phones....NOT.
