I'll look into it in more detail. However, I do not think that Tate has any simarilarity to a stock manipulator. Perhaps his reach exceeds his grasp but that is how it should be.

Not a bad guess. The most recent SIA report, (June 7), forecasts $279 Billion for 2002.
