Tunica, Yes I can see Conseco written all over that. Although what most have posted here on SI would not fall under such conditions. Kevin and Donjaun and a few others have an opinion, they state their posts in a sufficient theoretical manner. If they got hauled into something involving certain posters on Yahoo I would be against the success of that lawsuit. But some of the Yahoo posters and some who've graced SI are fair game for Wendt, Lee, Jacobs, Conseco, and even our two dearly departed executives Hilbert and Dick. All have been liabled in one form or another in my opinion. If they could bring a case, I bet it would make for some great reading. And I predict that once Wendt stabilizes the internal problems, and cash crunch at CNC that such proceedings will begin if the bashing persists.
