A GREAT posting by Patwyk on RB which we naturally[because we agree with everything he has said] felt should be posted here. Patwyk is especially good at market overviews and his insights in this posting are especially interesting.

My take? Well first of all, the pr, 'fleshed out via' Sam-Dan's comments, confirm that what I've learned over the past month has all been correct which means to me that I'm
holding all shares long term rather than chancing the short term swing trades.
ThE wording of the pr was IMO addressed more to a technical info savvy crowd than a general audience of online investor/message threader's. The company, due to long
past problems, is way over cautious about discussing revenue projections--something the 'threader's want to see. They are also being 'coy' (can speculate on reasons) about
the ramifications of the evolved technology. This company has moved way beyond its original technology back when many of us were first getting in and hoping for a premarket crash quick hit--actually going from .20 to .80+ was not bad for those that weren't greedy and took some profit off the table.
The handheld wireless platform for data collection and auditing using palm Pilots--developed with Symbol is IMHO enormously significant to where this company is headed.

This technology could not have been generated in a vacumn. We know that trkr has been quietly (too quietly for this market) working with one or more companies for
months and it's my belief that this technology is a direct result. I believe that this pr is the tip of the iceberg. I believe that 'Florida' is now being used as a 'staging ground' for much more than just a bike recovery program. I believe that [this] is why Florida has taken so long.

As an aside-I have a close contact in Florida who's close to the Orlando licencee. This
fellow is reported to be very experienced in corporate sales development. Word is he was 'hand selected' and, after reviewing what trkr was up to, was eager to come on
board. My contact says this fellow has been extremely busy from day one and trkr basically had his 'marching papers' well organized and ready to go. This recently aquired information fits with that awhile back from another source who told me I'd be very pleased with the quality of people that trkr would put in place. This source
indicated, long before this pr, that the Florida operation was a much bigger deal than most realized and that it was critical to make it 'perfect' as a model and staging ground.
In other words we're getting a picture that everything--Florida, bike recovery, other item
recovery, online/customer interface, asset control, warranty fraud protection, wireless development and eventual corporate contacts have been all tied together.

This organized melding of all aspects of the company, along with new proprietary capability development, is what the company has quietly been doing while we investors
have been out here writhing under the merciless glare of the worst otc:bb across the board crash off highs in 10 yrs, worsened at every opportunity by a combination of MM
manipulation--with [this] aided by a large number of frightened inexperienced newcomers to penny stock investing, many of whom entered during the last run up and are therefore sitting with huge losses (at least on paper) at this time.

Go to almost any bb stock right now--just randomly pick 10. Most of these with or without good prs and even concrete revenues are way off their highs--some down as
much as 80-90%. Those that do go up on a pr are quickly brought right back down by the MMs. They can do this because there is no real volume in the market. That's the bad
news. The other bad news is that BB stocks are typically going up only about 10% of the time. They go way up when up but go way down when down--usually well below the justified level--and they stay down a long time. The good news is that if you know your companies and understand the penny market, then you know when to not let the MMs and your own fears rob you of your shares and eventual successful investment.
Look at penny stocks across the board in Feb--March 2000--again in Nov-'99. The pattern is clear. With isolated exceptions, the MMs work together to orchestrate, across the
board, the rise and fall of penny stocks.

Frankly when trkr got to .80+ it was overvalued for where it was at as a company. The company, for a time, lost its way. But it recovered and now IMO will reach its original
goals. Problem is that many of the current investors are out of synchrony with timing of company events. Many of us 'expected.' the big deals 6 months ago. Now, especially in
this market, we want those 6 months back. But if you objectively look at what the company is now in the process of accomplishing and fast forward to a yr from now--it
certainly appears to me at the current price to be an excellent speculation as penny stocks go.

Again regarding the market--I don't care whether its trkr or others--this is a classic accumulation market. Every stock thread has at least one person blaming the company
for the market's lack of response to prs. Practically every stock is being brought down on low volume. This is IMHO THE time for accumulation and you better believe that the'experts' that don't bother with these threads are doing just that. While I wouldn't recommend it--you could probably randomly pick 15 stocks that have enough going to
stay alive until next March (could get pre election raly but real rally in pennies might not happen until first qtr) and do very well.

I truly am sorry for those that bought in at the peak of the first qtr run up--I got excited and bought a few expensive shares out there as well. But trkr's pr and my own ongoing dd convince me that the swings in the subdollar range won't matter for those that can grit their teeth in this market and hold for at least a yr. When I go into a penny stock that I see as an speculative investment as opposed to a short term pure speculation, I'm
always prepared to hold and accumulate (sometimes trading the swings with 1/4 to 1/2) for at least 2 yrs. Remember that August is usually tough--normal penny pattern.

Best wishes,
