Phil & Friends Fall Dates Announced, Jimmy Herring Added to
Line-up

Phil Lesh & Friends fall tour dates have been released. The line-up will feature Lesh, Warren Haynes, Jimmy Herring, Rob Barraco and John Molo. The tour begins October 1 at Memorial Auditorium in Burlington, VT and will then head to Boston for a four-night run at the Orpheum Theater. The band will play seven nights at the Beacon Theater in New York City, October 9-11 and October 13-16 and four nights at the Riviera Theater in Chicago, October 18-2. The tour concludes with a two-night stand October 24 and 25 at The Fillmore in Denver, CO. On-sale ticket dates have not yet been released.

Ray White, Ike Willis to Appear at First Annual Zappening

Zappening 2000 will take place August 11-13 in Peoria, IL. The festival is a tribute to Frank Zappa and will feature performances by Ike Willis and Project Object, Ray White with Car Trouble, The Brothers of Invention, Essra Mohawk and Friends, Banned from Utopia, and The Grandmothers (which includes three of the original members of Frank Zappa’s Mothers of Invention: Don Preston, Bunk Gardner and Jimmy Carl Black). The host of the event will be Justin Kreutzmann, son of Grateful Dead drummer, Bill.
