I liked the beginning. I quit watching when his apartment got blown up. My husband watched the whole movie and wished he hadn't. He told me all about it- it just wasn't my cup of tea. I didn't lie Pi either- although my husband liked that one. We usually agree though. Which is nice. Although I don't make him watch the Jane Austen movies that I adore. He doesn't get into those. He calls them testicle shrinking movies. And he starts squeaking in a high voice if I talk about watching them- so we don't share those. And I won't watch horror movies, generally. I don't find human suffering and fear an imaginative subject that I want to explore purely for the sake of entertainment.
