Tunica, like I said, I don't care what you do one way or the other.

My post was meant as a friendly word of advice that getting yourself involved in somebody else's legal dispute (assuming there was one) may not be the smartest thing in the world to do.

I know that you're upset at CNC's price (you loved the shorts when it was at $11), but you would be better off letting CNC, Wendt, etc. take care of their own problems.

I've seen scorched-earth litigators at work and trust me, you want to stay the hell away from them if you can.

What's that proverb ("When you set out to seek revenge, begin by digging your own grave?").

Mr. Tunica:

A couple of friendly thoughts:

You may not be aware that any of us reading your posts can click on "who wrote" at the top to see the original post to which you are replying.

It is not necessary that you attach the original post to the end of every one of your posts.

If your posts weren't so long, people might actually read them.
Instead, they are so verbose that I simply click on "next".
