there's been some nice support on this stock the last few weeks. it's important this stock stay above $8.00 or else there is no real support until the 6.00 range.

one thing is interesting, though, the asks, this week, were all being hit until the stock reached $9.00 on the ask. lots of lots then came in at $8.95 to push it back down below the $9.00 level??

in any case, there have been some good volume while the stock trades in a tight range.

Q1 just ended on monday and their results are due sometime in september?? i need to go back to last year's time period to determine when they relased in 1999. therefore, if their numbers are coming below expectations then we should be bracing ourselves for some type of warning over the next few weeks.

Ally,

But, there's no good reason (other than dumpthelackies hating Bergeron) for valuation to be at 50% discount to instrinsic value.

I read somewhere recently that book value per share is $2.67

What's your estimate of intrinsic value for GAC? And, what's it based on?
