Albert, Yes, AMD should try to limit trivial product differentiations.
I expect a new stepping of the Athlon is working though the final tests. It will be a better part, an incremental advance on the Athlon as AMD plays the Intel game.
$50 less in cosy gets magnified as the products work their way though production
