THE MERGER The merger is on track. We will be sending letters to you between December 26-28 with full instructions on how to present the stock for exchange, including your elective options. There will be an 800# installed specifically to answer any questions you may have regarding the merger. We will be issuing free trading stock. The merger will take effect January 1, 2001. FINANCIAL STATEMENT We will have a financial statement prepared by January 15, 2001 which will reflect Triangle Multi-Media Limited’s financial status as of December 31, 2000. You will see that we have brought our losses to zero and paid off a substantial amount of debt. We are looking forward to the year 2001. BINGO As you know, we went into a profit-sharing arrangement which entitles us to royalties. The new Bingo look is now posted on our website. ECHOSTAR The contract for distributing Dish Satellite hardware is in progress and portions of it will be posted on the website.
