mk, I could give you a few of his ideas, but we can both save time if you read my review of the book at the Barnes and Noble site. I found some of the ideas outstanding, but much of it is a rehash of stuff I already knew. And some of it is downright contradictory. I was able to work up a good program out of it, but at the price, I think you should wait for a second hand book store to carry it. It is very funny, though. And with a $10 off coupon at B&N, it isn't quite as dear.

I recently bought his "Power To The People" strength book and think it is better than the stretching book. Some good ideas, but he still sends me out of the room screaming at some of his comments. The main one that bugged me, out of many, was his comment that it does not take a muscle long to recover from a well designed exercise program, so you can work out nearly every day. I don't believe that at all. What did he offer as proof? "The science supports me, but, for now, just do it because The Party says so, Comrade." Funny, but not very helpful.
