Hi Dude,

Thank you so much for this reply. I listened the replay of the cc last night. However, I fell into sleep after 5 minutes into it<GG>. I will try it again later tonight. I would like to hear that he was at least responsible for lacking of supervision of the unbelievable double counting mistakes. He has been in the company long enough to know that sudden inflation of inventory last Q was very abnormal, even if he has no clue of their accounting problems. How can he be not knowing the company's money directions?

If he really feel sorry for his mistake he should return 1/2 of his salary back to the company. He can't be a president without being responsible for the so called "mistakes", period. Unless he was drunk or taking vacations all the time. He got to show me his actions. Talk is cheap.

Skeeter has been doubting the whole management team for a long time, and he always said "show me the money". Yes, our company showed us some money last Q, but, they took all of that back and plus a lot. Now, they even destroyed the SPO. Who else willing to lend them money from now on? Even hot project will turn cold. Mitsubish willing to accelerate payment because that they want their products or they will not be able to meet their own production goal. It does not mean that they are happy or confident in our company. Which company willing to risk their money to play with a company full of hot air? The short term pain are still coming and going to hurt this company despite they can clean up their accounting problems. It will take a very long time to heal.

Yes, my stock value got hit hard too, but, I am not bitter about the money... strange enough. I have seen big turn over rate of the executives in a not too small third rated company. They totally destroyed a great technology team. And, the management team still don't know what they did wrong. SWTX is even not close to that class. Our company has the same bad culture. They had build a very bad tradition within this organization. Our wishful thinking of turning around will completely rely on Mr. Hood. How can I be bullish from now on if he still think he did nothing wrong? Who dare to say clean up the acts if he does take the lead? I want to see Mr. Hood's leadership. It is the only element left for SWTX to survive from this mess.

I am bullish about their technologies and willing to give him chance and time to turn around. But, my votes and voice will not going to be friendly in the next annual meeting unless we can see his determination and actions. Show me the leadership, Mr. Hood. My votes are negative right now. You have the ability to change the culture and save the company. Action is not a cheap deal. Good luck to your company and wish to see my investment on you wasn't a big mistake.

Sincerely,
Wade

td, management executes shareholders, not their business plan. saying global warming is going to acc4lerate sales is too much hype for me. who cares how much you sell when you lose money per sq foot.

this company has piss poor operations performance. firing a cfo won't change this fact.
