Hi Charley, No I didn't catch the singing. I just popped in for a few minutes and elected to catch up on SI and news sites on the web first. I agree, George W is going to get a much larger percentage of votes from hispanics than many pundits realize. It's quite a change to see a President speaking another language so fluently. I wonder if any other President had the ability in the past? I like his brother Jeb also. Barbara Bush must be some kind of lady. I can see her steady, straight talking common sense influence in all those kids. Michael

Chuck, Not only do the Hispanics respect, and like GW but, he has nephews, and I think nieces, that are Hispanic. They are part of his family, and loved by him and his father and mother very much. I have heard that Petey, has recently graduated from Rice University in Houston, and is the future Ricky Martin type Latino heart throb. I wouldn't know about such things but, I hear the teenage girls in the neighborhood talking about him. ~;=;o --haqi
