My question concerned the same piece of software on different speed grades. If the processor is functionally correct, the speed grade is irrelevant for the behavior of the software. If it works at 500MHz, it will also work at 1.1GHz (as long as the CPU is functionally correct.)

The one exception to this is brain-dead Microsoft OS software which uses timing loops.

Software that runs on your 1150MHZ Athlon and your 850MHZ PIII you don't expect to run on your 1133MHZ PIII?

What else do you expect to not work on the 1133MHZ PIII?
