Charles, apparently that's just it then between yourself and me: we never know what the other is talking about. Find me a 'private business' in this country and I'll show you a hidden government subsidy. Almost no one is completely free from dealing in some way shape or form, with various government agencies. Even the big illicit dope dealers get at least some of their 'product' through agencies such as the CIA =g=. Free markets my ass. No, this is someone's wonderful little socialist utopia. I hope they're enjoying it. Let's face it though, none of the idealists amongst us -myself included - are ever happy. There are too many clashing 'ideals' and none of them ever win out. Many people feel comfortable with today's "Alice-in-wonderland- meets-1984-society" but the culture rings hollow as far as I'm concerned. In any event it seems to me like at times I post stuff up here in which the interpretation should be obvious, and without fail you come back at me with some different meaning to that which I had intended. Apologies but I don't have time to spell out every detail. Most of the other people here seem to be pretty good at figuring out what I'm trying to say. That's why you remind me of one of the OS/2 zealots back on Canopus... they interpreted everything I wrote incorrectly; and it seemed like they were doing it on purpose much of the time. If you're going to argue, argue your own points instead of twisting mine. If that's not what you're doing and you're really sincere then perhaps I'm just a sloppy writer. FWIW Andy
