Note the phrase "usually resulting in a crash". This does not sound so deterministic that you can make that claim.

We have buggy software that may or may not cause a system crash, so you conclude it can't possibly be the software. We have a hacker who makes accusations but won't allow anyone to see the evidence and you figure it's a open and shut case. You think like Scumbria.
