Hello, Guy:
Just taking the info from the notice of meeting and SEC10K filing. On page 6 of the notice, company points out that re. the 9/99 stock split, the company first had to seek approval of an amendment to its certificate of incorporation to increase the number of shares, which delayed the stock dividend by approximately one month. The company goes on to say, "Although the Board has no present intention of approving a stock dividend, it is important that a sufficient number of shares be authorized to ensure the Board has the flexibility to act quickly."
So it seems as if a stock split will not be announced at the annual meeting.
The company's material makes it apparent, at least to me, that it is preparing for continued rapid growth--thru acquisitions, expansion, incentives, and at some point, a stock split.
