Hi Mike, I didn't have any premium channels previously. I believe the difference is entirely in the modem lease being waived. I went ahead and scheduled an install. They said it will take about 1.5 hours. "HUH???," I said. The rep said they have about a half hour of outside stuff to do, about a half hour of inside stuff to do, and about a half hour tutorial on the IPG. I can't for the life of me figure out why any of these pieces should take so long, and I'll be falling asleep 5 minutes into the IPG tutorial zzzzzzzzz. We'll see. But ponder this regarding this claimed strong demand for digital services: I could have gotten the install next week but had to put it off til the following week. At 1.5 hours per install, each installer probably does 4 per day including travel time between jobs and 4 donut breaks. Don't know how many installers they have for this service, but the backlog can't be all that high considering the ease they scheduled me in (and I called them, remember).
