Keith..

That is an unbelievable string on negativity that has fallen upon your shoulders. That would get anyone down.

My suggestion would be to get away to a tropical beach with your wife and a few good books. As wound up as you are, you really do need at least a couple of weeks to relax. Once you do, my guess is that you will have your physical ailments begin to improve.

As Voltie says, STRESS is a killer. You have many legit reasons to be stressed, but you MUST get rid of them and find a way to relax and be happy.

Remember, stress manifests itself as many other ailments. Get rid of the stress, the ailments will fall away.

Hang in there buddy, break the routine, get out of the rut.

Scott

PM to keith-

i'm not trying to make fun of you or your situation by my chiding posts about your plight. i see mice elf in you and i'm trying to cheer that elf up by being lighthearted...

but there's absolutely nothing wrong with depression and despair either.

Keith,

Unbelievable run of misfortune, no doubt about that. Remember, life is what you do while you're waiting for all your best-laid plans to come to fruition. Here's hoping you catch a well-deserved break, and that you find the strength to put your head down and grind out more life while you're waiting for that break to come.

Many of us have had what seems to be an unending run of negatives; though I'm not about to tell you that I've endured a year like yours, I have had days/weeks/months when I've wondered what the point of it all is. Just keep plugging toward the day when you can look back and chuckle without bitterness; that day will come, even if it doesn't seem like it right now.

Hang in there.

John
