Fannie Mae which sensitive to rates look good on the bounce from March lows and Goldman Sachs is saying the Fed's tightening cycle is over. One of the major weights on the market is rapidly fading as economic data continues to show that growth is slowing to a sustainable rate at least. If Goldman is right, then the last Fed tightening will have been in May and then the markets may well begin to climb as they did after the 94-95 tightening cycle had ended.
