it's not the only one...i'd say the NAZ generally looks bullish after yesterday's neat reversal stick. and didn't the jobs report come in baked just right? Business confidence in Massachusetts slipped for a second month, according to a survey of companies reporting they were concerned they could not hire enough workers to expand. digitalmass.com one wonders what this is about..."could not hire enough workers to expand"...they seem not to be getting the BLS stats up there...
