The XBD breakout is to an all-time high. That follows the trendline breakout of RUMX discussed obsessively by yours truly yesterday. RUMX is confirming the breakout today. Smelly is the only thing holding tech back. It is down more or less since the open. Our friends in utilities are giving back, but that is noise. They have run a fine race and need a little rest. OEX looks a little stronger than NDX today again. NDX futures are more of less flat compared to the level when the report was released. Honestly, something is still bothering the tech charts...
