You are entitled to your opinion as I am. All I have to ask you is what is your position right now? You obviously have an opinion here. Are you speaking on your behalf or are you speaking for someone else. None of the management receives any salary what so ever. They have funded the company from day one. They have not taken a salary from the company since its inception. Go to the 144s Steve Krakonchuk has filed to sell 30k. Mere pennies at this level. He filed to sell 30k in May when the price of VITC was trading for less than .30. Mere pennies for someone who doesn't get a salary. Michael Daily, no salary and has filed to sell 30,000. Mere pennies for someone who doesn't get a salary. Ron Meredith, pays for employees at the distribution center and also receives no salary. He also pays the mortgage on the building in Sarasota which is valued over $1 million. Ron filed to sell 60k. The company owes him more than $150,000. The crooks I believe in this picture are:. You will see someone with HGS filed to sell 75k. The company tells me that was part of old management from a private placement that was done @ $1.00. That is all that company has left to sell. They obviously saw the recent action in the stock and figured it was a good time to sell some of their shares. Also, Development Specialities have filed 75k to sell. They are also part of the old management. Also part of private placement done @ $1.00. These last two groups are most likely the ones pounding the stock. They could even be shorting against their positions and expecting to cover down at these levels. Those selling now are selling to those who know the story or are selling to those who are wanting to cover their short positions from around $1.00 and higher. In summary, VITC will soon be going up! It may be days, or even a couple of weeks; but, it is going up. Even Bigbuk(a knowledgeable and respected trader here) is getting back into the picture. Rogerover, I do wish you the best.
