How is this different than any other month? You always have lockup expiration of IPOs from six months ago...

So what your saying is "If the supply is high dont buy", and If Moneyflow is low go slow and "If the forighn stash gets bashed stay cash" Is that all? You forgot to mention that Oil prices are rising, and growth is slowing thus fundimentals are weaker in a high PE enviroment!
