Thanks JHG. I just learned something I didn't know before about Abercrombie. That article about the Harvard Square store sounds like another company I have owned in the past - Nike.

huh?

There's a franchised bakery store a couple of blocks from here (Canberra, Australia) that seems to employ a prettiness rule...maybe also friendliness... they do great business. They wear a uniform though.
