Rights It's a seriously question. If we are not born into a nyhlistic dream, then people have free will. In essence they are born with all rights and the rights you enjoy at any particular time are those which have not been restricted by your parents, your government, and the society in which you live. Right now I have the right to burn the American flag if I so choose. I few decisions with the backing of the state and I would not longer have that right. That's the way it works with each one. TP
