I very much think that they can be beaten up more. INKT is one of my favorite stocks and it is far more than a search engine. They also have networking infrastructure products for content delivery that makes them interesting. I sold the calls because I do expect some weakness and there is an 8% premium on the ATM options and there is a good floor on INKT at $96. I hope to buy the options back on Monday or Tuesday. Also, if the biotechs truly do lead the other techs, then we can look for strength in a few days as the charts for the biotechs have undergone a remarkable turnaround.
