I did sell some AMD this morning but bought back at 61 11/16. This is likely to be a market to buy dips and sell into rallies for a while. You may sum up the character of the market as "apathy". Overall, it's a good time to accumulate stocks and wait for brighter times ahead.

With the interest rate picture looking better and no major economic dislocations on the horison, look for weaknesses as true "buying opportunities". It's not the time to chase after stocks that run up to resistance levels.
