well the doctor assures me it is just idiopathic high blood pressure,genetics probably--i have no underlying causative medical reason for it--but i like to blame it on the market:) but it is very important to keep fit,just like with chess,you got to be fit---plus you got to enjoy it,enjoy competing with the market--never quit outside work to do this,unless you realize,this itself is work--and teacherous at that--i was already retired before i even got into this--just found myself in a situation that i had to generate cashflow for a reason--a personal thing.good luck,max
