Most joints, and porn stores do not make any effort to keep children out, unless there is a law preventing them from letting them in but, according to you, such a law would be intrusive. The tactic you mention that churches use, is not a wide spread practice, and even if it was, it is legal. Those kind of businesses enjoy polluting neighborhoods of family oriented people, and I have seen that for myself, and heard the proprietors of such businesses bragging about their successes in doing so. This is especially prevalent among porn stores owned and operated by homosexuals. ~H~
