Trailer Parks, "the tenant can not damage the land." Let me assure you the tenants CAN damage the land. Every trailer has a toilet, and every toilet generates .....hazardous waste. I represent someone trying to sell such a park, and it probably would sell if we could get the state Department of Environmental Management out of there long enough. Should I send you the marketing materials? Please, please!
