The supremes make decisions, some of which are better than others. The founders also made decisions some of which were better than others. For example, just because the Constitution allows a death penalty for treason does not necessarily mean that it is valid for other offenses. These judges are just making an interpretation. The real danger comes when they start to think that their interpretation is inspired by God or otherwise infalible. Then you a dictatorship of the majority instead of reasoned debate, discussion, and even compromise. TP
