VITC, please call the company and discuss with them how they are handling the Bob Davis issue. I don't want to be taken out of context and be caught in some legal jargon myself.

All interested parties please call the company:

<Has the company put out a PR yet disputing Bob Davis's claims?>

Nope, I think the company should respond and clarify the SEC investigation, but I don't think there is anything Bob said that they can actually dispute.

The tone of his article was very misleading in my opinion, but it was all truthful. The note is in the filings, it has been since early 1998 if I remember correctly, and as far as his part about the SEC suspending then delisting without warning........that can happen with ANY stock, ANYTIME, especially BB's.

MYNG ECNC WAMX just a couple of examples I can think of, where it was WHAMBAM, suspended for 10 days or whatever......then delisted to PINK! No warning, no notice up at OTC days ahead, no E for 30 days...

I am not defending Bob's article, I still think it stinks, the motives are still suspect with me as far as the timing and tone......but when you get right down to the real nitty gritty, nothing to dispute.

And yes, not only do I have a position, for me it is a very large position.
