bernie: In the first place, I am not sure that Norwest screwed up in the original mistake. I think that when you file there are different categories. Perhaps there is a category for a company which is holding in trust. If so, then the mistake would have been by whichever party listed Norwest as the beneficiary of the trust holding, (instead of listing NETP as the beneficiary of the 2 million new shares not yet sold in the SPO) or the insiders (for the 6-800,000 shares waiting to be sold in the SPO).

This new listing is an enigma. Of course it could be the original mistake all over again. But, if I understand your suggestion, I don't think it could be a legitimate counting of the new shares after they were sold. Those shares were sold mainly to institutions and to individuals (like yourself). The individual shares will show up under institutional holdings (other than Norwest).

My best guess is that it is a bookeeping mistake or an arithmetical mistake. The numbers will probably change every day for the next two weeks as the returns for the 2Q come in.

(I notice that according to today's numbers, the number of institutions owning has moved up 2 to 77).
