OMC admits they are broke:

I'm betting Kawasaki and Polaris abandon Ficht. They both have sold very few Ficht boats. The Kawasaki DFI boat has special financing available on only that model. I ran into a Polaris Genesis owner (Ficht is optional on that model) and he told me his dealer "wasn't impressed" by the Ficht version and didn't recommend it. It's also $1000 more, while an OCP Sea-Doo commands only a $500 premium. Neither Kawasaki nor Polaris have been associated with Ficht yet, so there wouldn't be any appearance of failure if they were to elect to switch to OCP.
