You're telling me you've never heard of selective disclosure? Perfectly legal .....for now, but you know and I know its a form of cheating and just a loophole to insider trading laws. Its the same god damn thing. The SEC catches some people too breaking the law. Take a look at all the enforcement actions at the SEC site sometime. With only 400 to enforce all the security laws and billions of transactions occurring daily, you think they're catching everybody. No way. Not even close.
