Dear Occupant: (in this case,Dear Occupants): Tonight, it's everyone for themselves...the mouse has gone amuck, the mouse ball rolled down the hall, out the door and into the street (car came), the cheese has caused a couple of problems,(well, it was a LOT of cheese), tech difficulties have zapped "the UBEN.Had system", whatever was left of it, and the alcohol ....oh yea....the alcohol....well, there is a bit still here...Cheers!
