Dear Greg: "We are in a transition period waiting for the promise of broadband wireless and wireland to be realized"

I really agree with that statement. Thats why I have been loading up on SUNW and EMC. My thinking is that as the "digitalized" data becomes freely available due to the surge in broadband availability there will be a huge surge in the need for servers and storage. JDN

>> We are in the accepted and honed stage, while we wait for "The Next Big Thing" broadband promise to be built out.

Does that mean you think the optimists have capitulated and we are at a temporary bottom?

Also, is it a sure thing that the next wave of killer apps will be broadband related? Watching the mania for i-mode phones in Japan makes me wonder if broadband is essential for wireless internet appliances.
