I believe results of this voting reflect more common trend. This trend is, stock pickers are way more popular and appreciated by average trader than teachers. We can talk whatever we want about teaching how to catch a fish instead of handing a fish but reality is: more people want to be given a trade comparing to those that want to be taught how to find a trade. Constellation of great teachers on this thread does fantastic job but they can't beat in popularity gurus with crystal ball (and I don't think they suffer too much from this realization :)) Of course, percent of non-survivors among those who rely on gurus is lower but hey, someone has to lose that money after all :) Vadym
