Stock split needs clarification ...

Announcement/Declaration Date - The date on which a stock split is announced.

Ex-Date - The first date on which a security is traded that the buyer is not entitled to receive distributions previously declared. It is usually two business days before the record date. An investor must purchase a stock three business days before the record date to qualify.

Record Date - Date fixed by the corporation that determines who is eligible to receive the stock split.

Payable Date - The day on which a declared dividend is paid to all stockholders owning shares on the record date.

Disclaimer: The information provided in the previous table has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, but WFN makes no guarantees as to the accuracy orcompleteness of the data. Also, stock splits are often subject to shareholder
approval and can change.
