Greetings Vargus and Bob: First of all, I agree with both of you, the deal seems structured well and should lend some credibility to the marketplace. Secondly, I didnt mention but it appears that pre financing is included and could entail a substantial investment by DeBeers should they hit the load. I havent talked with REX in some time so I could be wrong in that regard, but the Q&A portion of the website addresses those points. Vargus it is great when a stock performs to your satisfaction, good luck as well. Hope your summer has been going well for both of you, mine has been pre occupied with lots of construction around the house and renovations and the honey doo list seems to be getting longer as the days begin to shorten.
