Akam was in better position that ISLD a couple of months ago, bit I think the acquisitions of exodus and sandpiper have put ISLD ahead in the long-term. AKAM should use it overvalued stock price to acquire a hosting company...I believe they don't have one. AKAM should recover as most of the lockup has already hit the market.

I believe that we will trend up next week to 4000, but i don't think we will break. Rande made a good point about investor awareness today, but the MM's are just as aware. In August especially, when volumes are traditionally low, volatility is expected and I think we will retest 3500 again the week before the FOMC.

While Greenspan's main worry was inflation, rising stock prices and the amount of debt are two others. A surge in the market above 4100-4200 before the raise may not be the best course of action. I would prefer volatility in the near-term until the FOMC and then a run into the winter months with 4200 as support.
