Another excerpt from Clinton's radio address this morning: "To quote the great Democrat President, FDR, The only thing Americans have to fear is fear itself and a Republican tax cut. 2, 2 things Americans have to fear are fear itself, Republican tax cuts, and Republicans colluding with big business to pollute the air and water….3, there are 3 things. Oh bother. Among the many things Americans have to fear are fear, Rep.
